No it would not burn my flesh or anything. I could put it in my pocket but you feel the heat radiating. I left it out to cool.

My screen is my daughter's face. You're not that privileged to see it. Lol

        Side note:

What speeds are you getting? I've more than doubled now that I have an xlte compatible device. Anywhere from 50-75 megs down. Crazy speeds!

That more depends on the LTE power in your area though right? Remember when I posted my LTE speed when I was in NYC? It was like 65mbps on my Nexus 5. In Chicago it averages more around 30mbps which is still blazing but yea faster is always better for sure.

I was playing the Sims last night on my phone. The new one is pretty graphically intense and the phone did heat up a good bit. Nothing that was alarming though.

Definitely depends on location to the towers. xLTE was rolled out back in May. Some devices aren't compatible. Some areas are reporting triple digit speeds. Pretty amazing really.

The Swype feature is insanely accurate.

Is that just a setting you turn on with the stock keyboard? I've got to try the swype thing again - tried it once before and never really got into it.

shouldn't have to turn anything on. just use it. swype instead of press.

                    • OK.. will give it a go. Somehow sliding a finger across the keyboard wasn't my thing the last time I tried it.

                      • I only use it for long texts. But compared to the older versions it's amazing. Almost difficult to make mistakes on most words.

its not my thing either. it works well but something about it keeps me going back to the natural style of one by one touch.

i especially dont like it when talking casually or using slang. yea the keyboard can learn words etc but something about it just seems off to me.

                          • Even a week long battery life would be amazing. Fuck, make it last 2 full days and I'll be jumping for joy.

                            • Damn. Sold my phone before I purchased a new one.

I think I'm about to get the LG G3. The battery is the only thing holding me back.

I wanted the htc m8, but the 5 inch screen, screen:chassis ratio, and camera are concerns.

The moto x 2nd is third on my list.

                              • I held the G3 in my hands and played with it a bit. Something about it was off, can't put my finger on it, but it didn't feel as good as the Moto X. Technically it's a fine phone, so I think it will just come down to personal preference.
