There is such a thing called an "emotional support animal" that is not the same as a "service dog" but the same rules apply.

If you are going to say that your dog is a service animal, then get her registered as a legit service animal. i think you can say you have anxiety and get the dog registered for being a support animal.

Another idea: Tell them the dog was a resuce dog and is a mix of unknown breeds. Do one of those online DNA tests, hack the results (photoshop) and show them that the dog is boxer/american bulldog mix not a restricted breed.

In order to prove that an animal is an emotional support animal, you may be asked to provide documentation from a licensed professional (doctor, psychiatrist, or other mental health professional) stating that the animal is an essential part of treatment for a disability. A landlord or business may ask you to provide a doctor’s note or they could deny you and your emotional support animal. All airlines require the letter.

When I lived in certain parts of FL, some places yes you needed it. Even when I had Rado, a weiner dog. I was required to have it and register him as well.

1.) Eviction laws are pretty resident friendly everywhere. It can take months in Ga to get a deadbeat renter out of the property. You like to yap about a lot of shit you don't know.

2.). Legit service animal? Not really a thing. Bouncer can claim a service animal just like rich white women claim their little poodle is for depression. The apartment complex isn't going to see if it is "legit", no such thing.

Bouncer, get a copy of your lease and read it over. Eviction laws will vary state to state. The service dog animal seems viable, but I would still start searching for a new place to live. You don't want to live where you aren't wanted.

You are suppose to in my city, but I don't think anyone is going around the neighborhoods checking insurance polices. It was a feel good law, and if an attack happens then the city can prove that they had a law on the books. A CYA law.
