Now what you don’t know is even after 30 years of living here, paying your taxes, not committing any crimes if you are not married to a US citizen or sponsored by an employee (which pretty much impossible for an average dish washer) you can NOT get your green card.
There is no law that says ok you paid your dues you’ve been an exemplary citizen so we are going to grant you a pass if you pay $5000.
You can have kids, grand kids here born citizens and you will still get deported.

Beast, I went thru the green card stuff for my x wife. Your right its not easy...but it shouldn't be a free pass either... I also went thru the process years later for her to get her citizenship. lots of money and a long slow process. We did it.it was slow and long..but its the process bro. Cali police have specifically been told not to work with federal agents. Now businesses are being threatened not to work with federal agents. Cali is basically saying anyone that follows federal law when it comes to illegals will be punished. This is some crazy potentially dangerous shit going on.

I have to work to pay bills..in order to have my job..I'm suspect to random drug testing. this allows me to pay taxes..that are used to help people who do drugs and don't work but say their rights are violated if you drug test them for their welfare and food stamps. gee..that makes perfect sense..

I'm required to have ID to prove who I am..to work and pay taxes vote.

If I want to by alcohol or tobacco or gun or to get a loan for a car etc I have to show ID to prove who I am.

Now..the same person who shows his ID to buy alcohol/ smokes, who drives up in a nice new clean car..says your violating his rights..if he has to show ID to vote...he don't have any ID..its too hard to get your discriminating against him gee..that makes perfect sense...

To add. Within hours of the Vegas shooting Hilary went on Twitter and said "imagine if the shooter had been using a suppressor". She was pushing her political agenda to stop and ban all suppressors. But it’s a federal law that an employer verify residency status of all applicants, meaning they can use other means other than e-verify which is less reliable. So... if a business calls the police about an illegal immigrant employee, the state police (who would likely respond) can report them and a penalty will be applied?
