I'm talking about specificly about what I posted above.

So I know private employers and some government agencies are not required to use e-verify to confirm the residency status of employees prior to or during employment. But it’s a federal law that an employer verify residency status of all applicants, meaning they can use other means other than e-verify which is less reliable. Also, the most recent immigration bill limits whether a state police officer can inquire about someone’s immigration status and whether any information related to someone’s immigration status can be disclosed to federal officers.

So... if a business calls the police about an illegal immigrant employee, the state police (who would likely respond) can report them and a penalty will be applied?

agree for the most part. but you've said in the past you are a fan of firearms and the second amendment. you can't possibly think cali a "great fucking state" in this regard. the cali gov is trying as hard as it can in a round about way to dissolve the 2nd amendment and to take away a law abiding citizens right to defend themselves. you can't possibly be on board with this right?

I have guns, I hunt, Yes. I go to the shooting range here in Cali a few times per year. But that's just one aspect of my life. I also surf, play golf, lift weights, trail running, etc... I've got many many aspects of my life that make up the whole. So let's say I've got 100 things I'm interested in that make up my entire life. California allows me to do 99 of those things and takes 1 away from me. Not going to make or break my desire to live here.

Why all of the sudden do you put all this weight on guns? You really thinking about moving out of this great state because you got an AR and all the sudden put that much weighting on gun rights/laws? I don't think they are trying to ban guns here completely. And if they do then yeah let's talk I may have a bit of a change of heart, but I doubt I'd leave.

I don't think they are trying to dissolve the 2nd amendment. So what I can't have a 50 round clip for my semi automatic machine gun. Who cares? Really
