I didn't read any of you guys banter, but this is how I have gone to specialists, I call up the specialist, get an appointment, then I call my primary care say what specialist I am going to and I need a referral, they write the referral. that is what I did for my deviated septum, my nose needing to be cotterized, and my fractured calcaneus. You pick the specialist then, you have your Primary Care write the referral.

They were all for specialists ear nose and throat, plastic surgeon, and orthopedic surgeon. I have never actual had a referral in my hand before when I go for visit the receptionist says did your Primary care send over a referral I say yes and shit keeps on keeping on.
