I actually just cooked this up w/my chicken and salmon for the last 3 meals - I'll let ya know what I think B, warning tho anything past the foreman grill and I normally start having trouble lol.

just did a variation of this.
little simpler.
2 cans of tuna:
3/4 cup raw oats:
2 egg whites:
3-4 tbsp franks hot sauce:
1 tbsp balsamic:
dash or 2 of garlic powder:
dash or 2 of onion powder:
dash or 2 of pepper:
mash is all together evenly with your hands and separate into 2 patties and place on plate. microwave for 1 minute on each side.
sort of taste like a bodybuilders crab cake.
not bad if you are eating clean.
