Mostly made of of complex carbs. Malodextrin. not sure how many i get per day, not concerned with numbers. i like to keep it to the basics.

Your 6th meal would that be a good prework out meal. I use the same product inclulding the flavor. I train in the morning so it would also serve as my first meal. I also just take 2 scoops with me an fill my shaker with water for a post work out drink. Is that something that is ok as far as you can see.

Well its a complex carb, protein meal so ya it could be used as pre or post workout. you might want to add some simple sugars to the pre workout.
