        3 pm - 2 scoops whey isolate - 1 scoop vitargo - 1000 mgs arginine - 1000 mgs carnitine - 500 mgs ala - tb spoon glute - tb spoon bcaa's [ pre workout]
        530 pm - [post workout] same as pre workout
        7 30 pm - 10 oz chicken or beef - cup greens
        830 pm - 500 mgs arginine - tb spoon glute - 1 scoop somatomax - to bed i go

          • Ugh - my diet is still a POS so I REALLY need to post so that I'll be embarrassed lol...

            Example - yesterday I ate:

            M1 - protein shake
            M2 - chicken sandwich (I was out)
            M3 - ground beef and pasta and 3 glasses of champagne :drunk:

            How crappy is that....:thumbsdow

            Today:

            M1 - protein shake
            M2 - 3 oz ground beef & 3/4 cp brown rice
            M3 - half of a turkey/avocado in a wheat tortilla
            M4 - the other half of the turkey/avocado

                • This week is gonna suck. I started this fish and turkey diet for a week. Basically six meals a day with turkey or fish(red snapper) avacado,broccoli and wild rice.

                  Meal 1 8am: 8oz ground turkey and 4 egg whites mixed together, half an avacado,4oz broccoli.

                  Meal 2 10:30am: 8oz red sanapper, half an avacado, 4oz broccoli, cup of wild rice.

                  Meal 3 12:30: I am prepairing as I am typing this. 8oz ground turkey patty half an avacado, 4oz broccoli, cup of wild rice.

                  So basically I have three more meals like this for the day(I switch the turkey and fish each meal) I take aminos after each fish meal and a post workout drink with mct oil and simple carbs.
                  This is gonna be the same for this week. I know i am gonna be sick of this in a few days but...what da hell. :nerdnew:

                  • Let's see...yesterday I had this:

                    M1- 3 whites, 1 whole. 1/2 grapefruit
                    M2- 5oz turkey, 2c broccoli
                    M3- forgot protein
                    M4- 5oz trout, 2 c broccoli
                    M5- 3 eggs, 1 whole

                    Yesterday I did 40 min of cardio at the gym after weights, and 25 minutes before Meal 5 at home.

                    Today:

                    M1- 3 whites, 1 whole. 1/2 grapefruit
                    M2- 5oz turkey, 2 c green beans
                    M3- 3oz lean ground beef patty & sugar free yogurt
                    M4- (will be) 5oz flank steak, 2c green beans
                    M5- 3 Eggs, 1 whole

                    Today before M1 I took the dogs for a 20 min walk. I did chest today,and 30 min of cardio after my workout...still debating if I should do some more when I get home.

                    BTW- I started my diet (not a show diet), on 1/29, with the help of my little friend Clen, and I have lost 4% BF since then!!!!!! :dancingne :dancingne :dancingne

                      5 oz chicken // 1/2 cp brown rice

                      Strawberry/banana protein smoothie

                      4 egg whites // 1/2 a grapefruit

                        chicken breast and white rice (ran outta brown)

                        salmon is being made right now so not sure what else.

                        at least one more meal and then casien(sp?) shake before bed.

                          • Bulking now. Eating about double of what I was eating a few months ago. Bulking with clean cals is hard as fuck. freezer is packed with, steak, ground beef, frozen veggies, chicken breast, wheat bread, ground turkey etc..

                            eating a shit load of pasta. i will put up my new diet plan tomorrow from my first meal till the last.

                                3:30 pm -
                                8oz chicken, 4 egg whites

                                6:00 pm -
                                8oz chicken, 4 egg whites

                                8:30 pm -
                                8oz chicken, 4 egg whites

                                11:00 pm -
                                8oz chicken, 4 egg whites

                                Friday, Saturday and Sunday was 4 gallons of water
                                Monday was 2
                                Tuesday was 1
                                Wednesday 0.5
                                Yesterday 0.25
