              ok so what does that have to do with posting what you have eaten today? not being a smartass bro. this thread has helped alot of people fix there diet. alot of times people dont realize how bad their diet is until they type it out. even if your diet is crap, post it.

                MEAL 1. 9AM: 6 EGG WHITES, 2 WHOLE EGGS, 1 CUP OATMEAL MIXED WITH CINNAMON AND SPLENDA, ORANGE, COFFEE
                (MULTI-VIT, 1 FISH OIL, GLUCOSAMINE CHONDROITIN)




                MEAL 2. 11:30AM: 1 1/2 CHICKEN BREAST, 6 PECANS, GREEN VEGETABLES (PRE WORKOUT)




                MEAL 3. 2PM: VITARGO CGL MIXED WITH 20oz WATER. HALF HOUR LATER, 2 SCOOPS WHEY PROTEIN. (POST WORKOUT)



                MEAL 4. 3:30PM: 1 1/2 CHICKEN BREAST WITH 1 3/4 CUP BROWN RICE, GREEN VEGETABLES
                (LIVER X, CRANBERRY, 2 FISH OIL)



                MEAL 5. 6PM: 1 1/2 CHICKEN BREAST, YAM
                (2 FISH OIL)

                  • Made a small changes to the diet above. Switched meal 5 and 6 and added a few more fish oil caps.

                    • Ok my diet changes daily. Not necesarly type of food but the amount of food is different. My protein and fat intake stays about the same throug out the week around 300 grams of protein and 80grams of fat a day. but my carb intake changes daily. Mondays are the no carb day and it sucks, Tuesdays 400 grams, wed 500,thu 600 fri 700 sat 800 and sunday back to 400 grams a day. For my carbs I pretty much eat the same thing in the morning oatmeal anywhere from a cup to a cup and a half mix with couple table spoons of PB. I've been buying uncle ben's pre cooked whole grain brown rice packs each pack contains 80gr of carbs and only 5gr sodium and 4 or 5 yams a day I buy the huge ones, according to my food scale each one has over 100 grams of carbs and about 20 grams of fiber, and I drink couple of protein shakes mixed with twinlab ultra fuel which is a carb drink each serving contains 100 grams of carbs and 60 grams of protein.

                      So here it is, this is what my diet look like these days.

                          Sorry! Here it is.
                          Monday no carbs except a post workout shake 50 grams from twinlab ultra fuel carb mix.
                          4am: 6 egg whites and a yolk

                          5pm: 1 large chicken breast and a cup of veggies, tbl spoon of peanut butter.

                          8pm: 8oz ground turkey or grilled steak and salad only with olive oil and lemon juice for dressing.


                          Tue- Sat: This sample has a total of 620 grams of carbs but like I said tue is 400 grams of carbs and by Saturday carbs are up to 800grams so I take out or add a yam, oatmeal or a carb shake or two to the each meal. My workouts are always in the different time of the day so I can't tell you which or when is my pre or post workout shakes.

                          4am: 6 egg whites and a yolk, cup or cup and a half oatmeal mixed with a tbl spoon of peanut butter

                          6am: 1/4 pound ground beef or ground turkey mixed with 3 eggs spinach and mushrooms, two slices of dry wheat toast and a sliced tomato.

                          8am: 2 scoops of whey protein mixed with twinlab ultra fuel carb mix with water.

                          10am 1 large chicken breast, 1 cup steam veggies, 1 large yam, tbl spoon of peanut butter.

                          Noon: 8oz top sriloin and some green beans and bag of precooked brown rice.

                          3pm: 2 scoops of whey protein mixed with carb mix.

                          5pm: 1 large chicken breast and a cup of veggies, 1 large yam,tbl spoon of peanut butter.

                              not enough fat or total cals. that is a serous muscle waisting diet. your metabolism will slow to a crawl if you continue that for more then a few days. how far away is your show.

                              also, is there a reason why your not getting any more protein sources besides chicken?

                                It's only two days a week (Sunday and Wednesday) as I'm working out 5 days a week now and there is no cardio on the days I'm eating this - I'm not too worried about it since the other five days make up for things - I like cycling my diet every few days...

                                I'm 7 weeks out from my first show and 12 weeks out from the last show - this is pretty much what I followed last year only I just dieted for 10 weeks and wasn't running anything....

                                I will switch to fish as I get closer but that's about it for now - I guess I just like chicken and flank steak!
