    BTW - threw in 8oz sweet potato in my last two meals yesterday and subbed one chicken and egg meal with a sweet potato pancake....

    Today......

    6am -
    10 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 4 rice cakes, 4 tbsp almond butter

    8:30am -
    ~Sweet potato pancake~
    4oz sweet potato
    20g oats
    5 egg whites
    dash of cinnamon
    dash of splenda
    Covered in 2tbsp honey and 2 tbsp almond butter
    (These are SOOOOOOOO good - I used to swear by my oatmeal pancakes but these are so much more moist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

    11am -
    8oz chicken, 8oz sweet potato

    12pm -
    1 cup shredded wheat

    1pm -
    8oz chicken, 8oz sweet potato

    2pm -
    1 cup shredded wheat

    3pm -
    8oz chicken, 8oz sweet potato

    4pm -
    1 cup shredded wheat

    5pm -
    8oz chicken, 8oz sweet potato

    6pm - (competitor weigh-ins)
    1 cup shredded wheat

    7pm -
    8oz chicken, 8oz sweet potato

    9pm -
    12oz filet mignon, 1 sweet potato (8 to 10 oz), glass of red wine

    11pm -
    1/2 cheese pizza, glass of red wine

      Meal 1: Shake consisting of 1 1/2 cups dry oats, 1 banana, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter, 2 scoops Whey Protein, Water and Ice. 1 cup of coffee. Taken with this meal is .5mg arimidex, Multi-Vit, Fish Oil

      Meal 2: (Pre Workout) 7-8oz Chicken Breast, Large Yam, 10-12 Pecans, 2-3 Tbsp plain Yogurt. I pull apart the chicken and mash it in with the yam, Pecans, and yogurt.


      1:30pm
      Meal 3: (Post Workout) 2 scoops Vitargo in 20oz of water, 2 scoops whey protein in 15 oz water


      2:30pm
      Meal 4: 2 1/2 Cups Brown Basmati Rice, 9oz Chicken Breast, 2 cups Green beans. 1 Fish Oil and 1 LiverX


      5:30pm
      Meal 5: 2 Turkey Burgers on Potato Rolls with lettuce ketchup and spicy brown mustard. 1 Fish Oil


      8pm
      Meal 6: 3 cups pasta with 9oz Chicken in a wine and extra virgin olive oil sauce. 2 cups green beans. 1 Fish Oil


      11pm (Before Bed Meal)
      Meal 7: 2 scoops casein and 2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter

      11:30pm Bedtime

      Drank 1 1/2 gal of water today.

        Meal 1, 7am: 6oz grund turkey, 1 cup of brown rice, 2 1/2 cups of mix veggies(broccoli, couliflower and carrots) mix em all together in big bowl pour little bit of catchup over for some taste good to go.
        Meal 2, 9:30am: 6oz ground chicken, 2 1/2 cups of mixed veggies(same combo) 1 cup of brown rice, 1 cup of pace mild salsa. Again mix em all up in a bowl, After my second meal I am done wiht my carbs for the day.

        Gonna have.
        Meal 3, noon: 6oz of Sriloin steak, 2 1/2 cups of steamed mix veggies.
        Train around 1pm.
        Meal 4, 3 or 3:30pm: 6oz of tilapia(cooked on george foreman) and steam veggies.
        Meal 5, 6pm: 6oz of ground turkey and 2 1/2 cups mixed veggies.
        Meal 6, 8pm: 6oz of tilapia and steamed veggies.

        No protein shakes. 1gal of water and about a gallon of Perrier mineral water.

            7:00- 10 egg whites & 1/2 cup of oats
            10:00- 7oz chicken breast & 4oz sweet potato
            12:00- 6oz chicken breast
            1:30- 1 can of tuna & 2 rice cakes
            3:00- 7oz chicken breast, 4oz brown rice, & 4oz spinach
            4:30- workout
            6:00- 6oz round steak & 4oz sweet potato
            8:30- 10 egg whites

                Meal 3: 1:00pm 2 cups Brown Basmati Rice. 1 1/2 chicken Breast pulled into little pieces and cooked in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with some garlic and onion. Mix all that up together. 2 cups Green Beans. (1 fish oil)

                Ate a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich on wheat around 1:30pm. (Was still hungry.) lol

                Meal 4: 4:00pm Shake consisting of 1 cup dry oats, 1 banana, 2 tbsp peanut butter, scoops protein powder, water and ice.

                • No, it's about 2400. Cutting just slightly this week and for the next 2.5 weeks until my show. Sucks. Energy is so f'n low. But I have about another 5 pounds to drop to be where I need to.

                    Large Order of Queasadilla's (sp?), Cinnabon Cheesecake, 1 Irish Coffee and 2 large Killian's Red beers

                    Sunday....

                    2:30am - (IHOP)
                    Ham and Egg and Cheese Sandwich, 3 stack of WheatNut Pancakes, 4 sausage links and 2 biscuits with sawmill gravy, several cups of coffee and water

                    8:30am - Scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits covered with gravy (two plates), 2 waffles, 2 bowls of fruit loops, 3 granola bars and several cups of juice and coffee

                    12:00pm
                    2 dozen oysters (six of four different types)
                    Shrimp PoBoy with fries
                    2 Orders of Bananna Pudding
                    Coke, coffee and water

                    3:30pm -
                    Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls
                    (ordered a case to go and ate two additional rolls at the place)
                    2 Iced Coffee's

                    5:30pm - chicken and brown rice (ICK)

                    8:30pm - (buffet at casino)
                    Cleaned out the "Asian food" section and ate several calzones etc

                    Monday......

                    5 or 6 rum and cokes

                    Had another 4 or 5 drinks before we left for the night

                    3 Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls with coffee

                    11:00am (WhataBurger)
                    Triple Stack with only cheese, Onion Rings and large Dr. Pepper

                    Chicken Sandwich, 12 piece nuggets, waffles fries, mint chocolate chip shake

                    5:30pm - (Cheesecake Factory)
                    1 Tirramisu (sp?)
                    1 Oreo

                    9:00pm (Wendy's)

                    I still have a few cinnamon rolls to knock off tomorrow and maybe a run through Zaxby's before I settle back into "the usual" diet....

                    I plan on carb cycling starting next week etc - will try to post up my diet plan for this summer asap....

                      breakfast:

                      Protein shake with powdered greens and flax seed meal added. Bowl of oatmeal. Fish oil. Iced coffee.

                      mid-morning/ post w/o:

                      Protein and maltodextrin carbohydrate shake

                      lunch:

                      Salmon, steamed broccoli, grapefruit

                      Mid-afternoon

                      Protein shake, apple, peanuts

                      supper:

                      4 scrambles eggs with 2 tbls salsa on top, steamed mixed veggies, 1/2 cup kefir

                      bedtime:

                      protein shake, 1 tbls pf psyllium fiber added

                            It is super green foods that have been ground down into a powder. You can get it at any supplement store. It's basically to make sure you get nutrients from a full spectrum of green foods that you may not be getting from food. Things like Barley, spirilina, wheatgrass, and a bunch of other stuff that you can't possibly eat in the course of a day. Sprouted and leafy greens like these do an awesome job in removing toxins from the body especially the liver and kidneys and other internal organs. They also keep the body less acidic. Diseases like cancer cannot survive in an alkaline environment.
