        i dont marinate it really. i put the hot sauce on the chicken and cook.

        i cook a meal at a time, i dont store it. that said, i am sure it would be fine for a few days.

              I marinade about 14-15lbs a week. I honestly just eye ball it. I'll dump the hot sauce and than mix it with the chicken real well. You'll see the chicken absorb the marination and give off a slight pink color. That's very light, and it won't taste like anything. I add a bit more until the color is slight red. That's perfect. I use the jugs of marination because they're cheaper and you can just store it for later.

                      the sauce used in the original buffalo wings from the 1960's in buffalo ny.

                      i guarantee you wont find it at costco in england.
