Chicken was done on skillet for 2hrs, just S&P....goya beans, nothing added. Basmati rice, avocado and i had 6 homemade tacos. My splurge were the 6 tortillas, and even then, those macros from them aren't bad at all.
You gotta make the switch to Sriracha. Frank's red hot isn't for sophisticats like us. It's the common peasant food of hot sauce.
