                        I do protein powder in my yougart when I have it at night.
                        1 cup nonfat yougart
                        1 scoop powder
                        Few strawberries
                        1/2 cup high protein cereal.

                          • Plus believe it or not I gotta watch protein intake.,.Too much and it'll fuck me up and I'll get a gout flair up. Too much protein sugars or shellfish will fuck me up...I'll be all broke down n shit....Lol..
                            Also over 2000 k I start getting flabby in belly area... I gotta watch that shit. Makes it harder to grow for sure.....But I got this shit....Watch n see:weights::weights::hibb:

                            • Baked chicken with no season. Kale with pepper and sweet potatoes with crushed rep pepper and some salt...all baked and no oils were used.
