My meal prep ones, is not what I consider full meals.
Again, it really depends on my training day and what I got going on.

I'm just going to guess and say that's 4oz of chicken per serving. Even when I was dieting for a show I would eat 4 7oz chicken meals. Right now my meals are 10oz of chicken and at dinner it's 16oz.
I would say 1 of those meals is about 400 calories. I really don't think you're getting 3k calories in a day. Not trying to call you out either. I know you've been doing this for a while too. Just trying to understand where the extra calories are coming from.

I don't need to eat 7 meals a day to consume 3K cals.
You've never seen my full meal pics? I also eat tons of bacon in the mornings with my avocado, cheese, 10 eggs...do the cals on that meal alone.

Yeah I'm up at 5am too. I'm guessing I eat closer to 4k calories a day but never counted as I just weigh all my foods.
If I didn't consume bacon, yucca, quinoa, avocado, foods with high cals...I agree, no way I'd do 3k with those types of meals.
