            They do taste really good. I never feel like I'm cutting though, since I've always been eating like this for a few years now.

            I just fuel myself enough to my next meal or fuel my body once I'm done training the nutrients I need.


            I guess I don't follow this 4 or 5 meal a day bs anymore.

            I feed myself based on my daily routine, if that makes sense.

                Minimum 2....but I also have one full meal and a full breakfast.

                /\....now this is a typical day for me, but at times when I don't train that much, I still do my meal prep meals and 1 full meal.

                My meal prep ones, is not what I consider full meals.

                Again, it really depends on my training day and what I got going on.

                I make sure to get my 3K cals a day....

                  • I'm just going to guess and say that's 4oz of chicken per serving. Even when I was dieting for a show I would eat 4 7oz chicken meals. Right now my meals are 10oz of chicken and at dinner it's 16oz.

                    I would say 1 of those meals is about 400 calories. I really don't think you're getting 3k calories in a day. Not trying to call you out either. I know you've been doing this for a while too. Just trying to understand where the extra calories are coming from.

                      6oz....kinda hard to tell all the pieces...I eat yucca, bacon, almonds, etc...high fats=high cals.

                      I don't need to eat 7 meals a day to consume 3K cals.

                      You've never seen my full meal pics? I also eat tons of bacon in the mornings with my avocado, cheese, 10 eggs...do the cals on that meal alone.

                      Call out? Didn't take it that way...it's all good

                      • It is far from hard to consume 3k cals a day when you're up at 445/5am...and hit the bed at 10/11pm....and if you train like I do, and eat the right types of foods for cals, not hard what so ever.

                        • Gotcha didn't realize you ate some of the fattier foods.

                          Yeah I'm up at 5am too. I'm guessing I eat closer to 4k calories a day but never counted as I just weigh all my foods.

                            Look at all the bacon I post🐖🐷🐖🐷🐖🐷

                            If I didn't consume bacon, yucca, quinoa, avocado, foods with high cals...I agree, no way I'd do 3k with those types of meals.
