Man that shit was even better then it looks.
The chicken was marinated in wine and herb mix. The corn pickled with vinegar and some sugar. I mixed the chicken with a cilantro yogurt sauce. The combo of the creamy chicken and the sour corn with a bit of guacamole was fucken restaurant level shit. Good as fuck

I been doing my chicken with different marinades every time. They totally change the flavor it's like eating a completely new meal. The wine one is my favorite. I even buy marinades meant for steak lol.
It gives you the ability to look forward to what would otherwise be boring chicken over and over again. When you can look forward to your meals and enjoy them you will have a much better rate of sticking to it.
