you like ground chicken rado? i find it always comes out dry and a bit chewy no matter how i cook it. same with ground turkey.
i don't know if i'm just better at cooking chicken breast then i am with ground chicken but I find a marinated chicken breast cooked at high heat quickly can have amazing flavor on the outside but juicy and tender in the middle.
i would eat more of the ground chicken and turkey if i knew how to cook it in a way where it remained tender.
give me your recipe and any tricks you have for cooking it.

Use some chicken broth as you put it on the skillet bro. Not only does it add some decent sodium(I need it)but it gives it a nice tender taste and not so chewy. I know exactly what you're talking about though.
I use Purdue grounded chicken and he has 2 types of it. One that is 99% fat free and another that is 90%...maybe go with the 90%?
Either of them are good. I just prefer the 99% fat free so I can eat fats in other types of foods.
I get sick of his ground Turkey so I get his ground chicken instead.
