                        • Raisin Ezekiel muffin dry, 2 whole eggs with Monterey cheese, and new Hampshire bacon with half avocado with lime.

                          Just had this a few minutes ago. She's been trying to find a good balanced breakfast sandwich and this works perfect.

                          A lttile change from the 10 eggs with bacon I usually do. Just adding very tiny carbs here.

                          • Baked salmon to a point of dryness where it just shreds easily. Marinated for 72hrs in some of her marinade. Sauteed veggies, made sure the tortillas got a tad burnt for a crisp and you got some nice healthy salmon tacos on taco Tuesday
