I think what you read was that it was even more effective with 300mgs of caffeine. That doesn't mean lower doses of caffeine have zero effect on the var uptake. I'm taking it with 2 cups of coffee in the morning. Who knows how much the coffee is helping, could be a very small amount. Maybe it's just the var and the fact that I've never used it but I'm liking it for sure.

I was very clear that I'm taking it with 2 cups of coffee a day. Read brother. Don't just skim. I'm not typing novels here. Takes literally 10 seconds to read my full post.

If you fluctuate like you say between winter and summer BF %..its obvious you know what to do. your doing it...part time...if you will. Based on that it seems more like a discipline problem then anything else bro. If you really want it..youll do it. If you "cheat" your just lieing to yourself... whats more important to you? If you want to get to a certain destination...you have to get on the train until the ride is complete...you cant get off at every stop and expect to get there on time..

I noticed you said some days you walk for 20 min...others its an hour or more on your hikes... this is a prime example...here's why bro. You say your cals are 2700 a day... ok cool...how many are you BURNING A DAY? its obvious your not burning the same amount on a 20 min verses an hour hike... one day you burn say..200...the next 400, on your hike... see what Im getting at? Very inconsistent. youll never get there. Gotta burn more then your taking in..PERIOD,EVERY DAY... Im thinking your biggest issue..MAY be just that.. your inconsistent. with your food intake and your calorie burn.

I know your into this whole fasting thing all good if you like. But it makes your diet inconsistent..Id bet for sure the day after fasting you feed hard. Because you have to be hungry so whats the point? Now your surging calories. the whole point is to feed on a constant basis so as not to be hungry, yet burn more cals then your putting in...every day... day in and day out. its simple..its proven. all the other crap really don't make a difference to be honest bro, not with dieting. now building muscle..yea that's different.

Now I could be wrong as its my opinion and we all got one... But sounds to me you need to be more consistent on your diet and cardio and you will see the results...self discipline my man..self discipline..

That whole fasting thing may have it's place. But imo it's not for a guy trying to figure out his body and his calorie needs.

I understand the need to be consistent on my diet and lifting, but not the cardio. So what if I burn an extra 200 kcal one day and 400 kcal another with cardio. 2700 kcal/day is a pretty big deficit for me.

I get what your saying. I just thought you missed the 2 cups part i said. I didn't think about the fact that you could be thinking maybe I drink more later in the day. My mistake.
