      Yeah and I've no desire to go there at all!

      Its funny when your sweating it and in your first 5-10 years of training you defend against comments from newbies that its all steroids, but withing the context of a hard training and correctly eating athelete, the increased hormones sure make a difference. But I sure as hell wouldn't want to live with someone taking them

                This might sound like I am talking shit but I am not I just giving my advise and what I see.
                first why sit down if you are not gonna use the bench right? seated curls you should lean back so you cant sway the weight up (like you were doing)
                I would suggest cutting that weight in half and doing correct fourm if you are going for looks? (strength That is fine)
                If your elbows move at all you are not using 100% bicept and shoulders ect get used more than should.

                Grab some 50s hold then relaxed at your sides have your partner put his finger behind your elbow. when you curl if you elbow leaves his finger one bit that is not 100% correct fourm. try it this way it really hit the bicept hard fells weird as shit but the biecept will blow up quick.
                try it one time and let me know how you like it.

                  Will do rocket, thanks, I don't usually sway quite so bad but was trying to go heavy and was more spent after the 90s than I thought, just trying different things and wanted to be more upright as I was doing preacher afterwards for lower bicep. But yes its time I tried mega strict again, I want arms carved out of stone.

                    belive me I understand why you were swaying the 90lbs are heavey no matter what fourm I dont think I could do them. but I go for looks so I tend to go lighter on most things and make fourm perfect

                        Not giving any advice here since Mr. I is lifting about 3x what I usually do, but I keep my elbows pinned to my side and not let them move. It's all biceps.

                        But form notwithstanding, that's some serious weight. I don't even bench with 90s lol.....

                            About 6ft, in fairness it was the first thing I said in my post that the form was a but sloppy. Shawn ray did the best db curl form I ever seen

                                Mr I, I really thought I was going to see sloppier form. It wasn’t the best form but not the worst either. Impressive for that much weight bro.
