    Advises welcome, today I went heavy with somewhat sloppy form;
    Bi's
    Dumbell curls: 90's then 80's
    Preacher Z bar - 135's
    single arm cable preacher

    Lying Tricep extension

    Machine hammer grip extension

          tricep extension form was good but on the curls like you said was a bit sloppy. i would rather see you lower the weight a bit, back flat on the seat and lift with only the biceps, do so. until you simply cannot do the movement anymore.

          good size arms but not much shape overall. training more for the pump with better form should fix that. and clean up the diet a bit. :D

            OK thanks B, fair comments, I was trying to push the weight up a bit and after I hit the 90's first that set with 80's would normally have been better for 7-8 good ones on each arm but still not very very strict, time to drop the weight back some and lol @ the diet!

              yea just a little more shape and the arms actually look bigger. well shaped 19 inch arms look bigger then flat 20's for sure.

                        yea i hear ya, just dont get caught up in eating everything in site ya know what i mean? dont go out of your way to add more fat because the work you will then have to do to get lean will mean muscle loss.

                          agreed I don't plan on getting fatter, also not using any anti e which would tighten me as I get lots of water from test, not saying its all water by a long shot though
