    Thanks guys, to be clear, I posted this vid because Beast and Bouncer asked me to and to which they will both attest.

    No point getting caught up in sermantics and I guess FB may be right it may be an interpretation thing. To me a fly press is one thing, a press is one thing and what I did was a fly, but I'll agree that if I had 25lb in my hands I may have arms straight. I've explained my thoughts above and will continue to incorporate the movement in my routine gererally although maybe not every week.

    The key points for me are;

    1) It works my chest and makes it grow
    2) Its in keeping with what Dorian Yates and Arnie were doing in the vids I attached.
    3) I posted it to an old skool IFBB pro Gary Shelmerdine I know well for an honest opinion and here's what he said

    "quite fucking impressive style and movement there *******/,good strength too,what the fuck you taking mate could you send me some in the post please,my address is.......... nah just jokin mate they look pretty good to me:) keep it up:)

    Not gonna dwell, I wasn't looking for praise, if I was I wouldn't have posted the vid of my incline failing at 7, I was asked to put it up so I did and thatks for those constructive comments

          no way i could ever do 110lb "flys" others then the way that you do them. cheating! :rofl:

          i actually think what you are doing there no matter what any of us want to call it is the single best chest exercise that there is.

              From the comments I was expecting more press, less fly movement. I actually see more fly movement, less press movement.

              I think that it would be anatomically impossible to do a 100% fly movement with that weight, but you sure do come pretty fucking close.

                  I actually agree with bouncer. I haven't done 315 on incline for a while but I have done it at a bodyweight of under 200lbs. There is no way I could do flys with that weight tho even if your form isn't quite right. I go alot lower and wider with flys. Still decent lifts tho.

                      Thanks RB, yeah I consider it a flu but I'm careful not to expose my shoulder caplet too much and sure try not to pit myself in a vulnerable position with that weight although I do stretch the pecs. The incline wasn't great for reasons above although of wouldn't get more than ten with that normally anyway

                          mr i ,, i do them the same way .. you def have good strength and good size to you ..

                          my max on incline is 515 and that was done 4 weeks out from a show .. 600 lb flat bench .. i now have backed off real heavy weights .. 405 is all i will do on inclines now .. i do more of a moderate to heavy weight high rep setup now .. feeling the pain of the many years of killing my body with heavy weights all the time

                          how tall are you ? you def have good size bro . you ever do flyes first ?

                            Thanks bro,I knew you were crazy strong, thats truly staggering numbers, very few have ever hit those numbers in real terms, about six foot here, getting back into it now and putting some good meat on the bone but trying not to her too fat with it. Muscle is coming back well.

                            Its pleasing and reassuring that you do a similar thing on flyes. Check my arms thread under training section also if you get time, I'd be interested in your opinion there too.
