Trust me I know what you mean. Everytime I come off I lose 20lbs and feel like a bitch. I hate looking in the mirror when im off. My problem is I am too aware of the health impacts when I am on and it scares me. When i am taking stuff that puts my pulse up nearly 20 beats and my BP borderline and with history of heart disease in family. Already diagnosed with enlarged heart. What am I supoosed to do? I would love to stay on but I guess if it comes to staying on or staying healthy, these days I will take the latter.

Well, I took my first long walk today at my local beautiful park and sometimes race course. Walked like a bit if a gimp with my foot drop but enjoyed the sunny day and fresh air and virtually no pain. I could feel my body thanking me and tonight I feel more relaxed and went to watch Captain America Civil War which is the first time I've been able to go to the cinema in six months.
My plan is to keep up the gentle strolls in the park daily for the first phase of healing the disk after discectomy, so 2-3 weeks.
After this I will commence swimming regular and make that my new excercise for the next few months.

I'm just going to keep on rabiting on in this blog thread now although after citing the problems / symptoms, the attempted self cure, the neccassary operation, im now talking mainly about recovery and come back.
So in addition to TrT I'm doing 4 iu if pharma grade gh ed. Also I'm brought in and made conscious effort to regularly take a new vitamin stack as follows to promote healing;
Solar VM 2000
Extra vitamin C 5 grams
Extra Vit D
B complex
Chelated multi minerals
Zinc picolate
Magnesium citrate
Super cirrus
Bisweila*
Ashawangara*
Fish oils 8 grams

Too much Vit-C supposedly hinders muscle gains. Gonna post a study here in a bit.

Ar this point I'm more about helping the body heal from operation as opposed to building muscle. Just completed a lil mile walk over rough terrain. Sounds petty but it's building stability back where needed.
