I'm just wondering if I should start putting the hammer down. 5 weeks left as of yesterday...I'm cutting out carbs at breakfast & replacing w/ 1/2 grapefruit & only eating carbs at lunch...trying to decide if I should start doing 2 a day cardio sessions maybe 3 days a week for 20 min- along w/ my 50 minutes of cardio after my workouts. So, that in conjuction with the no carbs at breakfast should yield some pretty good results. I don't have any social functions coming up that would cause me to not eat so well. Then I'm thinking the last 3 weeks, do 2 a day cardio sessions for 30 min 4 times a week, and 50 min 6-7 days...AND then change the diet to no carbs, and carb meals twice a week.
