    So I took pictures last night - definitely won't be posting them by any means - using the "mirror as my judge" would set me back a week or two - I'm not sure what's happened but it isn't pretty...

      i do the eliptycal and bike for cardio - was doing twice aday - in the morning on an empty stomach and an hour before bed after my last meal at night -- strip the excess quick this way !! i have stopped the evening sessions because i feel i m right where i need to be -

        I know this is gonna go against what house said but...Imo, since you are so close to your show I wouldn't worry about size any more. I mean yes it is important but belive me judges rather see a pair of shreded and slighly smaller legs then a big bulky pair.
        I say you go in there and do as many reps as possible and deplete all the glycogen from those fuckers. Since your diet is right on and there is enough shit in your sysem to keep those legs recover very fast once you carb load you won't beieve your eyes how much they they'll come a live.
        At this point I am up to 1300 free squats, it takes me about 10 mins to do all of them but once I am done I got veins coming out of all over my quads.

          I rarely use the bike. I've always walked inclined on the treadmill or hit up the stairmaster. Pictures look good bro and I agree with everyone else, don't focus on weight, look the best you can and forget about the weight. Worrying about weight made me go from the heaviest middleweight to the heaviest lightweight and I ended up screwing myself cuz I had to lose muscle (never a good thing). Good luck!

            I've just got to remember that I lined up 3 shows for a reason - so that if I don't come in like I want for the first one or two I've always got the last one or two to "fix" things...

            Just gotta keep my head on straight at this point - I have already planned every single day from what to eat and when to my cycle to workouts to sleep etc - I'm just going to stick to the plan and try not to stress anymore (even though that's much easier said than done) :mad:....

              Stay away from suite 217 and you might be able to keep focused on your present priorities a little better ;)

                    MISC Pictures...

                    Legs are getting more and more vascular but still don't look as lean/hard as I would like - I've got 10 days to get them to come in but I figure that in 5.5 weeks by the time my last show rolls around that they should be in decent shape....

                    Just messing around with the camera last night......
