More dead space on the phone above and below screen. Moto X is really good at optimizing the space on the front of the phone.

In the review they said it actually has more bezel then the original Nexus 5. I assume it's because of the front facing speakers. Maybe a strength decision by the design team?

Not sure. Doesn't bother me too much. For some reason, my contacts from my old phone aren't syncing to Google, so they are not downloading to my new phone. Other than that, everything is smooth as silk. I will manually do it later.

Hmm, there has to be a simple fix for that, a setting your missing.

I used Android Beam to transfer all the contacts from my old phone to my new phone. Then, I synced with Google and got everything uploaded. Beam is cool.

Scrum how is the finger print reader?

Does it feel like the encryption slows it down at all?

How do you like the power saving black and white notification feature?

Also scrum what are your lte speeds, how is your coverage and how does it compare to your other service provider?

Finger print reader works great. Very fast. You put your finger on the sensor and bam, the home screen appears with no lag at all.

Haven't tested out any of the other stuff yet. I haven't ventured out of wifi range yet, so don't have a good feel for the LTE speeds.

                    Here is my first bill:

DNA, taxes seem to be pretty low. Looks like the phone company bastards were gouging the consumer under the table too.

                    • 1st speed test - about 6 MB/s up and down. I got 5 bars, so coverage isn't the issue. That's usually what I get around here, I don't think it is the network. Shit city!

                      • Fi works perfect I think for people like me and you scrum. But I can see this being a headache for parents who pay a kids bill with FI. No unlimited data means huge bills for heavy data users who aren't connected to wifi most of the time.

Unlimited? Does any carrier offer that anymore? I know t mobile is enticing users by letting them stream some music and video services without counting it as data usage.

Yea I have it with Sprint. But I don't use it and it's double the cost of Fi so fuck it.
