Hi. I am new to this whole online community of working out and getting some motivation. Figured I jump on to get back in the swing of things. I was on another site and apparently was on the site because all the men pushed me away and told me that this would be the correct one for women. If thats not true please tell me now so i can leave.
I know working out and women are an odd thing, BUT i do some and know its not really a rarity. Anyways, my diet and routine are fine. Lots of water veggies and protein. I work out for 2 hours a night.
A little about myself. I am married with 5 kids. I am 33. I have been lifting weights on and off for about 3-4 years now. I figured maybe joining a site would keep me on track again as I have been lazy for the past few months. Any tips or ideas to keep a busy mother motivated would be helpful. Also any ideas to keep the energy up? Thanks
