5 kids WOW. You look amazing. Have you ever had your testosterone levels checked? I mean it happens with females also correct? But then again I think you would be gaining weight if that was the case but yeah never know. You do have that female body building look. I mean this in a good way. Like you could gain lean muscle easy and look ass. What really motivates me is my music and people in the gym standing around talking, texting or not doing a dam thing. lol That motivates me to not waste my dam gym time. If you joined a gym you would try twice as hard and make more gains rather than working out at home. this is the forum you need to be on trust me. lol Good luck!!

She's now gained 13lbs and hasn't been to the gym in months... Should have stuck around and listened to a fella like me who kisses no ass and speaks brutal truths. She wouldn't be crying herself to sleep at night sucking down cheesecakes and cookie dough if she had only listened to the great one..

You only workout for an hour and you add cardio? Show me the way.

I think I'm doing too much and I'm not taking anything (at the moment).

So you do a body part a day, do you split Bi's and Tri's or do you work them together? How many workouts and sets do you do per body part?

I find this interesting as some guys kill it and get results and others spend less than a hour and get results. Working out for a long as time and I still haven't found my sweet spot.

When I was dieting last summer I was doing cardio before my workout and after my workout for 30 min a pop plus adding calisthenics and jump rope. I managed to go from a disgusting 215 to a slim 178 but at 178 I lost a shit load of muscle mass.

Doubt it. But I'd love to be proven wrong.

Weight training should never take you more than 45min IMO. If you go in there and don't fuck around chatting with people it taking 5 minute breaks in between sets 45 is more then enough time.

For fat burning you want to do cardio after training, not before.
