My friend is the football coach and does security there. Supposedly he saved a girls life but got shot. He is in critical condition.

My news feed on Facebook is filled with family members of children who haven't been able to get in touch with their kids. They locked down the hospitals to anyone who isn't a patient. My sister is an RN at the main hospital in the county and is saying how horrible it is right now. I will update you guys with some info I found out that's not on the news or was just briefly mentioned, but some of the kids are saying they really think there was 2 shooters. Not sure if it's true, but it's parents of kids who went their that I know. Will update if I find out more.

I think the 2nd shooter was b.s. theories from kids after speaking with more people.

Aaron Feiss my friend ended up losing his life. Multiple students say he shielded them. He died a hero. All the other people I know made it out safely. This has me messed up. You hear about this stuff on the news, but never think it's going to happen to people you know where you grew up or lived.

This will be a minor story elsewhere soon I'm sure as more crazy shit will happen. Just stay safe everyone and stay armed to protect yourself and loved ones.

I appreciate it. It's just sad all those parents who lost a child and now in Aaron's case a daughter growing up without a dad.

sorry to hear about your people epix. i can't offer you any prayers cause i'm not into that religious bullshit but your friend was a god damn hero and nobody can ever take that away from him. i know his family and friends are crushed but they can at least hold their heads high knowing he went out saving children's lives. if you gotta go out, what better way then to go out a hero.

rip already touched on this but it does appear the FBI was warned about this guy after he made threats and comments on youtube.

A YouTuber named Ben Bennight emailed the FBI tip-line after he noticed a comment left by a “Nikolas Cruz” on one of his videos. The comment read, “I’m going to be a professional school shooter.”

Bennight lives in Mississippi and says he was “immediately” contacted by the local FBI office. He met with agents the following day. “That was the last I heard from them,” he told BuzzFeed.

In the wake of the arrest of 19-year-old Nikolas Cruz for the murders of 17 people in Wednesday’s school shooting in Parkland, FL, Bennight was again contacted by the FBI.

According to BuzzFeed, Special Agent Ryan Furr left the following voice mail: “I think we spoke with you in the past about a complaint that you made about someone making a comment on your YouTube channel. I just wanted to follow up with you on that and ask you a question with something that’s come up, if you wouldn’t mind giving me a ring.”

Bennight says he was again visited by the FBI agents Wednesday and asked if he knew Cruz. When he told the agents he did not, they left.

someone from the FBI just got in front of a microphone and said they looked into this kid and his threats to "become a professional school shooter" on youtube but they couldn't establish who he was so they didn't pursue the matter further... you fucken kidding me? that's some lazy ass shit right there. they absolutely could have found him if they wanted to.
