    Great idea to post meals!
    Unfortunately, got super busy at work so even tho I've been up for 12 hours...
    Meal 1- scoop of whey, 1 rice cake
    Meal 2-5oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup oatmeal
    Meal 3-1 can tuna, 1/3 cup oats

        Today

        Breakfast (8am): Rolled oats with peanut butter mixed in, Splenda and 1/2 a protein shake

        Pre-workout: (9am) 1/2 protein shake, 1/3 cup maltodextrin, vitmain c powder, Tyrosine

        Post Workout: (10am) protein shake, 50g dextrose, Xpand

        Lunch: (10:30am) 2 cans tuna on the Foreman, Feta cheese, turkey bacon on baby spinach

        Lunch #2: (1pm) Canned salmon on the foreman, steamed broccoli and spanish rice

        Lunch #3: (3:30pm) Remainder of my salmon, white mushrooms, Diet Vanilla Coke

          6:30 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, Ezekiel bread toast w/ pb, 1/2cup oats

          8:30 6oz chicken breast, 1 cup oats, 5fish oil pills

          10:30 6oz chicken in whole grain wrap w/ 1.5oz goat cheese, 1/2 cup oats
          CLA, taurine, ABB Adrenalie Stack!
          Back and abs workout

          12:15 PWO-1scoop ON whey, 1/4cup malto, 2.5Tbl dextrose

          2:00 6oz chicken in whole grain wrap w/ 1.5oz goat cheese, 1/2 cup oats, 5almonds
          3:00 Vitamins-multi, calcium, milk thistle, vit e, vit b, glucosamine, chondroitin

          4:00 6oz chicken, 1cup rice, 1.5cups green beans, flax seed

          Plan for the rest of the day: Not going out tonight, so shouldn't be a problem!

          6:00 6oz chicken, 200gms sweet potato, fish oil pills, couple nuts

          8:00 6oz chicken, salad, more nuts and fish oil

          10:00 casein shake and 1.5Tbl PB

            **UPDATE**

            DAY 2

            MEAL 1:
            9am: Shake consisting of 1 cup oats, 1 banana, 2 scoops whey, few pieces of ice and 2 cups water.

            With this shake I also took my Multi-Vit, Milk thistle, Fish Oil Capsul, and 20mg Nolvadex

            Today is Chest day.

            MEAL 2: (Pre Workout)
            11am: Protein Shake and a banana

            MEAL 3: (Post Workout)
            1:30pm Shake consisting of 6 TBSP Dextrose, 2 scoops Whey, 10grams Creatine, and 2 cups water

            MEAL 4:
            3:30pm 2 cups brown rice mixed in with 2 cut up chicken breast with a little BBQ sauce mixed in.

            Also took my second Fish Oil cap

            MEAL 5:
            5:30pm 1 can of tuna and 1 large bowl of oatmeal with a cutup peach and 2TBSP honey.

            Just finished my first gal of water also.

            MEAL 6:
            7:30pm Bowl Of lean ground hamburger with some whorstcire (sp?) sauce. also a bowl of green beans

            Took my 3rd Fish Oil cap and milk thistle with this meal also.

                      Ok, here is what I ate for the day...I had a cheat today, went to my favorite Mexican restaurant.

                      Meal 1- 4 egg whites and 3 whole eggs 1/2 cup oats 8oz milk
                      Weight session
                      Meal 2- 8oz beef wrap (whole wheat wrap, shredded moz. 1tbs light sour cream)
                      Meal 3- 2 scoops whey in water and 1tbs Olive oil
                      Meal 4- Cheat...not telling!! LOL
                      Meal 5 Half chicken with 32oz of water
                      Meal 6 Celery and peanut butter
                      Meal 7- Rum and coke...good night. LOL Something I do every now and then to make myself sleepy....maybe once every couple weeks.

                          Here are the nutritional facts for my beef wrap...

                          768 cals, 30g fat, 35g carbs (21g fiber) 74g protein

                          No Taco bell for me, ever. I eat authentic Mexican. It was a Chimichanga. They generally fry them, but I request mine baked...makes me feel a little better about cheating. LOL
