    i would use fish oil capsules. also you need to eat some healthy fats aswell. natural PB and so on. your taking in no fats right now.

      12 oz 4% fat lean ground beef,
      Isopure drink & 1/2 steamed shrimp
      10 oz Chicken & mixed veggies
      10 Bonless Pork Chop & green beans.
      missed a meal (fish)
      2 cups carb solution ice cream

        8 am post workout shake, multivit, 1 cap fish oil
        930 3 egg whites 1 whole, 1 cup oatmeal with cinnamon and splenda, naked juice thingy

          7:30 - Protein shake, oatmeal, 2 slices of wheat toast, 1/2 glass of OJ.

          10:30 - 1 grilled chicken breast, almonds and 1 cup of brown rice.

          That's it so far...I'll update at lunch time!

            7:30 - 7 egg whites 1 yolk oatmeal
            9:30 pwo - protein shake and OJ
            10:45 - tuna & oatmeal/ fish oil

              You're not going to gain weight by adding a few more oz. of protein, trust me. Your weight may not fall by 2 lbs every week, but that can also mean your'e maintaining your muscle and losing BF. What I'm trying to say is, don't worry about what the scale says....Go by what the mirror says! I wouldn't steer you in the wrong direction!

              I would take 3 fish oil caps w/ your solid meals, and the you don't have to eat flax IN the shake...they make caplets. However, I would take the liquid and mix it w/ a little vinaigrette dressing in order to stomach it. :cool:

                What about olive oil or flax in her shakes? Even the fish caps make me burp that taste all day.....gross....lol

                    **UPDATE**

                    DAY 2

                    MEAL 1:
                    9am: Shake consisting of 1 cup oats, 1 banana, 2 scoops whey, few pieces of ice and 2 cups water.

                    With this shake I also took my Multi-Vit, Milk thistle, Fish Oil Capsul, and 20mg Nolvadex

                    Today is Chest day.

                    MEAL 2: (Pre Workout)
                    11am: Protein Shake and a banana

                    MEAL 3: (Post Workout)
                    1:30pm Shake consisting of 6 TBSP Dextrose, 2 scoops Whey, 10grams Creatine, and 2 cups water

                        Thanks Red - I will pick up some fish oil caps 4 sure and check out the flax. I absolutely LOVE natty pb so no problem having some of it too. Usually my problem is only having 1 tbsp though. :devil:

                            Damn it got caught out at work for a while and had to eat Wendy's, had a grilled chicken sandwich with side salad and diet coke, so not completely terrible, but not real happy with myself
