Not a bad diet bro. How the hell do you not add BBQ sauce on your food, i have to add it or i can't eat it...
Also, where is your 2nd dosage of Fish Oil??? Because I only see one dosage
Also, what is the time difference between Meal 1 and 2???
You don't like cottage cheese as meal 7???

Looks good B only question I have is why so many shakes? Why not replace one of your shakes with some whole food? I'd rather have another 8oz chicken/steak/fish instead of the whey protein.
What are your goals with this diet? Do you know the break down of it? Curious how many calories there are.

I was wondering the same thing. I see only 3 solid food meals out of the seven. I always thought more solid food the betterOriginally posted by Chadd77 View PostLooks good B only question I have is why so many shakes? Why not replace one of your shakes with some whole food? its exactly that bro, palumbo set it up for me as a matter of fact. you could call it a "clean lean bulk". lol. the trick is, it only works when tren is in the picture. dave is brilliant so i don't question him really.Originally posted by curtus e flush View Postmissed that optimum...hows the taste....this diet looks like the palumbo diet u layed out a few weeks ago...with a bit more carbs added

because that is what works for my body. all that solid food sits in my stomach and bloats me. we have it set up as a fine balance between whole food and shakes. lets not forget, most of the shakes have whole food in them such as oats, PB etc..Originally posted by Chadd77 View PostLooks good B only question I have is why so many shakes? as i said above, the shakes are more then just some protein and water. they have whole food in them. the mix is what works for me.Originally posted by alwaysgrowing View PostI was wondering the same thing. I see only 3 solid food meals out of the seven. I always thought more solid food the better

hot sauce would be fine. its the sugar in most condiments that i am talking about. i just like to eat things without any of that.Originally posted by alwaysgrowing View PostJust thought of something as I was eating. You said no condiments. Why no hot sauce? I put it on everything. No calories, just sodium. Great on eggs, chicken, beef.

i disagree 100%. fruit never has to be part of a bodybuilding diet.Originally posted by Mr incredible View PostI think that diet is fine for a period of time, say 4 weeks.
Beyond that then I think as 3V1 says you need to introduce fruit.
also, this diet with tren in mind. i can actually grow nicely and burn fat at the same time on this diet. chalk it up to genetics, drugs, training, or whatever you like. :)

OK well you know what works for you, personally I would cut fruit out if I was dieting hard but otherwise I like having apples (low GI) and bananas (potasium) either mid morningand or pre workout (about an hour before).:)Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Posti disagree 100%. fruit never has to be part of a bodybuilding diet.
