I have a pair of those - they're 36's but don't fit in the thighs at all anymore....
horse shit, you have that exact cut of jeans? not calling you a liar just think you are confused as to what kind of jean you have. # 1, a 36 waist in those jeans are so big that you would have to fold them over around the waist with a belt and it would look like absolute shit. #2 i have seen your contest pics and your legs have decent size. but unless you store all your weight in your legs in the off season i don't think they are any bigger then mine. i dont understand how you can have a 30 inch waist and yet were jeans that are 36-38??

yea, cant do 7-8 whole food meals. sits in my stomach to long and bloats me up to the point that it interferes with workout etc..

          Don't horse sh*t me horse sh*tter...

Why would I be motivated to bullsh*t about my jean size????

I already told you my legs hold a lot of my weight and where I lean out last in a contest diet and the first place I gain after BUT my A$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ is where I hold a LOT of my jean size - my thighs pull in my pants because my a$$ pulls on the rest - and yes - I have that exact cut of jeans along with about 10 other pairs I've bought and had tailored over the last two years of growing......

I don't understand it either - it just *is* bro....

(Yet another reason I wanted to know everyone's measurements :breakit: )

I can sympathize with that but I've found some carbs sit better with me than others - too much oats and I am the same way (gluten maybe??) - too much brown rice and I feel sick - sweet potatoes seem to do the best with bloating for me and that's all I can stomach for carb loading come showtime - they're just the my least favorite to eat :hang:

well fuck. just be careful then that you don't let them overpower your upper body. might want to think about cutting out squats for a bit.

LOL - it's more my a$$ than anything but yeah - soccer has really helped keep them leaner/smaller than before - this is probably the first time I've been happy with how lean they are in the off season since before I started all of this...

I *think* it has some - of course that's why I put the question marks behind it :fufool:

Apparently it depends on what brand you buy - I'm sure steel cut oats and their counterparts won't have it but even old fashioned Quaker da*n sure does according to a site I just looked at...

i buy the big quaker oats box from costco.

from what i just read the amount is so small in oats that is cant even be counted. kind of like the sugar in sugar free gum.

I don't know enough about it to speak on its effects on my stomach other than the fact that whatever amounts I am ingesting hurt my stomach if I eat much more than 2 cups a day...

I will say that the sweetners in anything sugar free hurt/bloat me as well though so maybe I'm just sensitive to that crap....

I don't use ANY condiments on my food other than Mrs. Dash nowadays - I made the mistake of trying to get all fancy with what I would cook with my foods while cutting for my shows last spring and I ended up wasting a lot of effort when I could have been more focused on other stuff

its funny to hear people say things that you think only you are thinking. #1 i use mrs dash also. #2 i am the same way with adding the extras like spices, onions, garlic, etc.. something about it fucks up the focus and you kind of get lost. its just easier for me to cook the basic chicken, rice, beef, etc..

kind of funny that we go through the same kind of thought process over something that seems so small and insignificant.

Well B, if you can do without the condiments, good for you.

I still add in a few drops of hot sauce to my tuna fish, and also add in bbq sauce to my chicken.

thats fine, i dont have an issue with that. i am just saying that the sugar in the BBQ sauce can make your body store unwanted fat etc..

I did not know that, and i will adjust accordingly.
