Sauerkraut is a good probiotic, but hard to eat all the time!

I don't know how these compare nutritionally but I tried a couple flavors and they are really good. Eating them as a desert.

Scoop of chocolate whey, packet of oats, handful of craisens, little bit of water, cooked in a pan until water evaporates but it's still moist.

Yesterday was cheat day so had some lean ground beef. Was topped with cauliflower and cottage cheese mash. Sounds gross but tastes great. Bit of balsamic on the avocado salad.

I liked the sun dried tomato idea so I put some in the food processor with the chicken. Had it with some garlic and chick pea purée.

Chicken, Polenta, Sun dried tomatoes, garlic/onion/salt/pepper, and pasta sauce.
