Great thread brother.I couldn't agree more.

Ive been telling this to people for years.Too many think that you have to eat crap all day to be a bber. Not so at all.

Dieting has kiiled more peoples dreams of succeeding in bbing than anything else.IMO.Ive seen countless times people giving up because dieting has been too hard for them.I first started cooking for others at my gym to teach them how you can still eat good AND healthy at the same time.

Love the pics brother.I hope check out my pics in the recipes forum and tell me what you think.

I'll definitely be following along with yours as im always looking for new ideas to add to my kitchen.

    Thanks.

Canned chicken bro. I buy the cans and the 10 lb bags of frozen chicken breast and alternate between the 2 for a change in taste/texture.

45g Protein and negligible fat in each can. Not concerned with sodium as I need it.

Sounds weird but this is a good one!

I like trader Joe's. The closest one is 45 minutes away right now with light traffic. But they are finally building one about 15 minutes away. I can't wait.

This shit is amazing. I cook the chicken in my normal way and then add a tbsp or 2 to the chicken. So good.

I'll give that spice a try next time I'm at store. I love spices cause its so damn simple to really change the taste of a whole dish.

Feel free to post your favorites peeps.
