Cod on the skillet. Sprayed some coconut oil, paprika and some fish seasoning, once the fillets are in, I cover them with the lid and let the moisture do its work....I fip them once, they get too tender that they fall apart.

97/3% grounded chicken...I added those spices and cooked on skillet with coconut oil. Then I added the edamames and all sorts of good rices/grains:)
