I've done both ways. Making the patties is cost effective and I can also modify it to my liking.

And for those that are tired of the monotony of drinking water all the time this is a great way to break it up. I used 10 bags and it makes an entire gallon so this box will yield me 2 gallons for under four dollars not bad if you asked me.

Try light sour cream as a change up in flavor to mix with your chicken etc..

I like to add a few tbsp of light sour cream to a can of chicken or tuna and mix in some onion powder, taste like chip dip. lol

I've done that as well bro. Adding some spices to the sour cream helps as well. Going to make some swordfish and post up
