This is why I don't post my food pics either. Same thing every day. I add a little variety of different meals on the weekends.

chadd post the meals you eat all day. just do it for one day like I did. sometimes pics give people more of an idea of what it takes than to say "5-6 clean meals per day".

Its a sweet potato bun with a leaf of kale, egg over easy, broccoli guacamole, onion, spicy mayo, slice of cheese and a freshly ground sirloin patty. I need to work on my sweet potato bun, I got the size a little off.

I know Rado will say the spicy may and cheese are not healthy but fat is not the enemy, simple sugars are the enemy.

Looks like some fancy restaurant stuff bro. You made yourself out to be a backwoods fella but I think we got a sophisticat here. :D

Fats the enemy for guys like me on high protein and high carb but it's all good for low carb diets.

I'm trying to keep my carbs around 150-200g and take in most of them after I workout.

Before and after workout avid. It's been proven that the pre and post workout meals are the most important. If your taking in all those carbs only after your workout you're not taking full advantage.

I thought I remember Lyle McDonald writing that the post workout nutrition is what really matters. Pre I just take some BCAA.

As a matter of fact I posted a Lyle McDonald article the other day saying pre and post.
