    Been marinating some lean beef for 24 hours in mesquite seasoning and a Carne marinade. Gonna slow cook in Crock-Pot and serve over rice and sautéed onions & tomatoes.

    Something different from my typical meals.

            A pic doesn't do justice sometimes. Just looks like a pile of meat. But God damn was it tender and flavorful.

            My suggestion for guys on budget. Look for tough cuts of meat on sale, marinade the bitch for days and stab it with a knife about 50 times to get the flavor of the marinade in there. Finally slow cook in Crock-Pot for 12 hours and you'll have a cheap lean tough cut transformed into something more tender than fillet Mignon.

            Ended up cooking it with potatoes instead of rice.

                  Made this shake this morning in addition to meal 1. It's 1 scoop of Whey Protein, 3 small pieces of fruit (watermelon, black seedless cherries, and strawberries), and some ice. Blended it up in my nutribullet and slammed it down. The chocolate protein adds a lot of flavor. Fuck ice cream and desserts. Next time I get a craving I'm making this and maybe adding some equal if I really want it sweet

                    10lbs chicken marinating for this week. Sage, tumeric, bouillon powder, pepper and some citrus marinade.

                    Key to marinating a firm muscle like chicken breast is poking holes in the breast other wise only a tiny bit of flavor penetrates.

                      About 2 or 3 of us on here eat clean, or so it seems that way. Or we have some lazy motherfuckers who won't post and I'd like to think that instead :D

                        healthy, delicious and cost efficient, it's redundant folks I get it, but it works:) those little hot dogs are my extra fat/cal intake. I need my fats in this meal and sodium.

                                I do the Paleo diet so it's pretty basic but here are the swordfish steaks I made tonight. Probably my favorite fish!
