i honestly do not even know. i never max out. i can rep 365 on incline bench for 8-10 depending on the day. i can rep 450 for squats for 10-12. i have no clue what my max would be. all my reps are very controlled ect. strength has never really concerned me. there are guys in my gym that are much stronger then me and yet I am twice there size. not sure how that works. lol.

Squats 455lbs 10 reps, Leg press 1100lbs 10 reps x 2 sets. Upper body strenght sucks ass but I have the same belief as Bouncer I am not a power lifter I am a bodybuilder, I care more about my form and feel of the exercise during the set.

Yeah - my goal was 95lbs, but once I hit that I wanted to make it 135 lbs. I fell short before I stopped lifting with that intensity.

Moving away, getting settled into a whole new area, vacation, and now personal stressors (family medical probs). I'm getting back into it, slowly, but that's okay. I had a lot of other crap to straighten out first.

Yes, I'm actually "starting" on Thursday morning. I'm going to try working out at 5am. I don't like working out in the am, I just don't have the strength I do in the evening. But I'm trying to do what's best for my kids.
