i honestly do not even know. i never max out. i can rep 365 on incline bench for 8-10 depending on the day. i can rep 450 for squats for 10-12. i have no clue what my max would be. all my reps are very controlled ect. strength has never really concerned me. there are guys in my gym that are much stronger then me and yet I am twice there size. not sure how that works. lol.
I don't ever max out either, not even close. I do close-grip bench with 315 for like 12 reps. I've done really deep squats (ass-to-the grass) with 405 for 18 reps. I do 295 on the pec deck for 15 reps or so. I've done dips with two 45's around my waist at a bodyweight of 260 for about 10-12 reps I think. I do cable rows with the stack+25 for about 15 good reps (and a couple crappy ones :) ). I can do trap bar deads with 415 for at least 12 reps I think.
The one thing I'm pretty weak on is curls. I can't do any kind of barbell curls cuz they kill my foreams and I only curl 50lb dumbells, maybe 55's on a good day.
