If your shorter you should be stronger since leverage plays a part. I'm 5'11'' so expect to be stronger than someone 6'4''.

I haven't intentionally 1RM'ed before but have only got 1 rep when I have pulled 500lb on the deadlift a few times, maybe a couple once. I usually use 4 to 4 1/2 plates a side since I can get reps with that.

My usual incline barbell is 315lb for between 5 and 10 reps depending if I'm on or off asuming this is the first excercise. If I start with incline dumbells then I have used 65kg for about 8-10.

I've done shoulder press to the rear with 265lb freeweight barbell for about 8 and shoulder press dumbells of 50-55kg on omly slight incline.

I don't do much freeweight squating more hacks where I use between 4 1/5 and 5 plates depending on gradient, have used 5 1/2 plates before always for reps of about 6 or so

Leg press, who cares since everyone who goes heavy seems to only do partials, I'd be comfortable with 9-10 plates a side with my knees coming to my ears but have used 12 13 plates a side before

I think my form is good and with deadlifting I know I use my back much more than my legs since powerlifters allways tell me how much stronger I could be if I bent my knees more. Deadlifting is relatively new for me.

I curl with 1 plate a side on barbell

all of the above are weights I use on heavy days but I make sure I don't do two heavy days in a row on the same bodypart.

Decided I'd ressurect an old thread. Got 8 slow, good reps in with 100 lb DBs on incline press tonight. Not mind blowing or anything but I was at 70 only a couple months ago. Feeling good about things right now...
