Haha that was classic.
Personal bests happened a few years back. 405 for deads, 900 for leg presses, 90lb DBs for flat presses. Those are the only numbers I can remember. Earlier in the year when I started rock climbing i was training arms and shoulders and had 50lb DB curls.

I've done really deep squats (ass-to-the grass) with 405 for 18 reps. I do 295 on the pec deck for 15 reps or so. I've done dips with two 45's around my waist at a bodyweight of 260 for about 10-12 reps I think. I do cable rows with the stack+25 for about 15 good reps (and a couple crappy ones :) ). I can do trap bar deads with 415 for at least 12 reps I think.
