I am weak these days lol.

My heaviest PR is 360 on leg press and have hit DBs incline with 40's.

Thats all.. I try not to go too heavy these days! SAFETY and proper form does it for me, now!
    :)

I agree there. My max days were over when I heard my back go POP when I was deadlifting 400 way back in my college days. I didn't hurt myself (I still don't what the hell it was) but it scared the crap out of me, lol. I am finding I am having the best workouts ever with working more with intensity variables rather than focusing on weights. I don't care if its a 5 pound dumbbell, if I am lifting it after doing DB presses, followed by partial rep side laterals and then I finish off with 5 pound db lateral holds at shoulder level for a few minutes, then I am happy and healthy.

maybe if you stopped drinking everyday you may be able to lift more then 5lbs. :)

Don't you get it? The less you lift, the better you look. :)

I just hit 220lbs. I was pretty excited, hopefully get in another 5 or 10 this winter. The most I have ever weighed was around 200 and I was fat and out of shape. I'm getting a little sloppy bulking but I just looked at pictures from 2 years ago and the difference in incredible.

Not exactly what I had in mind. I mean, those might not even be your numbers.
