OK, taken monday morning, feeling quite flat now and really the hard part is eating at all, carbed back up yesterday and haven't trained since saturday due to circumstances. Back in the gym tommorrow, but fat loss is slow but constant.
Coming in round the stomach but a long ways to go yet before the definition really comes through, was in hospital Monday for an appointment for my toe/foot, (bone spur) and they weighed and measured me, with shoes off; 6ft 250lb
Looking good bro. But for fucks sake with all the lights, shadows, angles etc...NOW what you really need is a photography class and hell, you might flunk that.
But you can tell once you get rid of fat around stomach, you've got the V taper.

i know you are a bodybuilder that has won trophies but take a sec to listen to someone who has a bit more RECENT diet experience.
you are going to go through a phase where all your pumps are gone. where you look really flat in the mirror. you go through a phase where you almost look worse then before you started because you dont have those full looking muscles and you still have a good bit of fat left to boot. this is the phase where most people get discouraged and give up. dont let this happen to you mentally. once the fat comes off and the waist gets smaller the effect of shoulder to waist ratio makes you look so much more impressive then before. the full muscle look comes back once you pull all that body fat off. in the meantime you must be prepared to look smaller in clothes and smaller in the gym.
One of your finest pieces of advices I eva read:clapback:
Woke up this morning feeling pretty tired, looked in the mirror and there is definite fat loss. Current weight is 247lb dry in the morning, face, stomach, legs, ass and chest look a tighter.
Happy so far but ways to go. If felt flat and decided to take today off any exercise. Back at it tommorrow!

Lol why the hell do you need to do145lbs dumbbells while you are cutting? That's when the injuries happen.
well clearly I need to drop the weight.now, needs to be eight clean reps or more. I've obviously lost a lil strength, but I don't care I'm in this for the long haul
So the diet and cardio are showing effects already, both good and some not so great.
Waist is noticeably tighter, especially on a morning (less water)and especially at the front.
Last night I trained shoulders an on working up to 145lb dumbell press I failed on the 5th rep, luckly I had a spotter so we took it to six but really I need 8 rep sets or some more.
Thats the goal I'm setting myself, 8 reps or more upper body and 15 reps plus on lower. Also do some light days with many more reps.
Just gonna do 1 hrs cardio today then weights again sunday or monday
Ronin, I need to get.sub 10% bodyfat bro, ideally down to 6% initially, then try stay sub 10%.
Ideally keeping 6% bf all year round can be unrealistic no? 8/10% seems better. Just take your time and patience too. But post a clear pic when ya can.
