      Looks like you are on track brother. Do you have a self timer on your camera? Try using that instead of holding the camera. Just an idea. Looking good bro!

          I think so - I had not really thought about that - I will have to try that next week.

          Unfortunately I am stalling where I was at as of Saturday. I am toying with the idea of starting cardio this week but I may wait????

                It seems to be both...

                I will give myself until Saturday. I told myself to only weigh and obsess in the mirror once a week (on Saturday mornings) so that I don't go crazy but it's easier said than done.

                  Fog- try walking on an incline for 25-30 minutes. This is what I did. 3 days a week. That's all the cardio I needed. Anymore and I would have lost muscle. Just a suggestion. I know everyone is different but this worked for me.

                    Thanks bro - I tried that the first time a few weeks ago (they moved the show back so I was able to push my contest prep back as well). I thought that it worked really well but I had the EXACT same amount of weight come off in the EXACT same time frame this time without the cardio. I was just going to see how far I could get without it before I hit a plateau. Does that make sense or is it stupid to even try...

                    • i think your on the right track in your side by side pictures your abs looked more ripped and the rest of you was the same witch means you didnt loose any muscle. keep it up but im sure sooner or later you will have to add in cardio. like chadd said just walk dont run walkin almost as fast as you can! good luck bro bring home some hardware for us at SM.

                        you seem to be coming along fine right now so i wouldn't worry about it yet. Maybe a few times a week.

                        • End of Week 10 - Update

                          I am now exactly 9 weeks out! I picked up 2 pounds this week (191) but I SWEAR THAT I LOOK LEANER. I will take my normal Monday afternoon pictures to see what everyone else thinks but I really think I look better. I just can't imagine that I picked up 2 pounds without changing my diet. I will probably start cardio next week (30 min session 3-4 mornings) but I'll check in with you guys on Monday after you see my pictures.

                          Also, I came off of the clen as of yesterday and started and ECA stack this morning after breakfast.

                          • after the first few weeks of dieting i could not see that i was getting leaner so much. The best thing is just comparing picutres and having one of your friends judge. I rarely weighed myself or judged by the scale also.

                              Here's an update...

                              I guess I will be starting cardio this week. I weighed in at a whopping 196 this morning - I know, I know, the scale can change from day to day but still, I am not happy at all. I have picked up 7 pounds since 2 weeks ago (I honestly can't tell where though) - WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                              I don't think that I look much different than last week but I would like to hear what ya'll have to say...

                              • Side by Side Comparisons

                                These pictures should come out week 11, week 10 and then week 9......

                                Damnit - I made them as small as I could and they still won't come out side by side - someone please lend me a hand.

                                Also, what is the maximum KB in order post pictures side by side without having to click on an attachmet - I tried to keep the 3 pictures under 35KB - I thought that would be sufficient...
