In fact here is a challenge, post a video of your progress for the next nine weeks and lets see who can get leaner? You already have the advantege of at least 6% of body fat.

        I didn't say drop body fat. I said make a change in your physique. Improve something. I tell you what, even two days out of the show time at my lowest body fat I will make visible changes until the day of the show. You haven't changed shit in two years. Yeah you are lean whopty fucking dooo. How much can you improve in next nine weeks?

          The only change you are making is dropping body fat you moron. You will easily make those changes because your fucking fat.

          I have what you call discipline, I stay lean all the time because looking good is important to me. I am not a bodybuilder and have no interest in the never ending cycle of getting fat and leaning down. I do what I do to look good on the beach at all times of the year. Nothing more.

              Gotta be honest beast, your challenge doesn't make much sense. You have obvious room for very noticeable and dramatic changes while bouncer is to a point where change will be subtle not dramatic. His points are valid, imo.

                      False! Like I said before you can be two days out of your show date and you can make visible changes in two days. Hell look at the pros. Even at their best they can improve from morning to evening show so for you guys to say he can't change much is just complete bull shit.

                                Absolutely. I wasn't saying otherwise. Just that he is already at a very low body fat so his noticeable changes will be nowhere near as dramatic as yours simply because you are currently carrying significantly more bf and water.
