I could up the dosages, up the cals, and drop the cardio. Not very hard brother, especially for someone like me in such a constant lean state. Your well aware of this. Stop being ridiculous and focus on getting rid of the fat, something I have already put in the time and hardwork to do.. :-)

What can I say, it is pretty easy to stay in shape when you are skinny.
