Dang! You are lucky. There is no such law here in Cali. Made some phone calls including my insurance company and looks like it's gonna cost me a little over 500 bucks. And my deductible is 500 so looks like there is no need to file a claim with them. :(

Very lucky. Fucked up part is my insurance company tried to make me pay a deductible until I mentioned the statute. Then they did the "oh yeah, yeah, you're right. You're in Florida". Dirty bastards.

Got an ETA of 7/21 from Ford. Damn.. takes 3 weeks to send it over by train to the West Coast. I hope there aren't any delays.

I'm surprised it takes so long.

The 2015 ST was revealed today at Goodwood.

Other than a short throw shifter and a superb steering wheel, didn't see anything significant beyond cosmetics. Whew, I can rest easy now lol..

Yep, 2300 miles in 6 days. Even a freight train out to do better than that, I would think. :disagree:

Haha... believe me, I wish I didn't have to do it, but the ST is a pretty rare car and I just couldn't find one in the right color and optioned out just the way I wanted.

i find it hard to believe you couldnt have driven a few hundred miles (a single day trip) to pick one up.

Nearest one that I liked was in Norcal and I am not going to drive 500 miles to go pick up a car.
