Dang! You are lucky. There is no such law here in Cali. Made some phone calls including my insurance company and looks like it's gonna cost me a little over 500 bucks. And my deductible is 500 so looks like there is no need to file a claim with them. :(Originally posted by blm View Post

Very lucky. Fucked up part is my insurance company tried to make me pay a deductible until I mentioned the statute. Then they did the "oh yeah, yeah, you're right. You're in Florida". Dirty bastards.
