Welcome to SM. I can find it hard to stay motivated when working out for long periods of time as well. What helps for me is to reduce the time and increase the intensity. Try to get the same amount of work in an hour that you were doing in two. It is a lot easier when it isn't taking as much time from your daily life. Also as Chadd had mentioned music helps.

Only tip I can give besides self motivation is music. Crank the music on the way to the gym and turn up the volume on the headphones at the gym!

Welcome! Thanks for taking the time to do an intro post! As you probably have gathered by now, we like to kid each other a lot and there's a lot of banter between people who have been on this board a long time, well over 10 years in many cases, so don't be put off by it.

Wwelcome and nice work, mid section looks amazing esp after having kids. over the years we have had some great female moderators and members.
I am currently train 2 females now you will only get constructive criticism and honest opinions (brutally at times). Most of us have significant others and or take bodybuilding/training seriously no need to worry.
can you talk about your goals?
